Breakfast – 7:30am – 9:30am
Eggs Cooked to Order, Homefries, Pancakes, French Toast, Phoenix Sandwiches, Bagels, Assorted Cereals, Fresh Fruit

Lunch – 10:30am – 1:30pm
Main: Maryland Crabcakes, Lattice Cut Fries, Corn, Fresh Cauliflower
Vegetarian: Vegan CrabCakes, Butternut Squash & Sage Orzo
Bar: Specialty Salads including Tortellini & Fresh Fruit Salads
Soup: Chicken Noodle, Navy Bean
Dessert: Cinnamon Apple Cake

Dinner – 4:00pm-8:00pm
Main: Pork Chops with Onion Gravy, Twice Baked Potatoes, Spinach, Sugar Snap Peas
Vegetarian: Ginger Tofu with Carrot Puree (vegan), Chefs Pasta Toss
Specialty: Pasta Bar with Choice of Sauce and Garlic Bread
Dessert: Pumpkin Roll
