Eggs Cooked to Order, Homefries, Pancakes, French Toast, Phoenix Sandwiches, Bagels, Assorted Cereals, Fresh Fruit

Lunch – 10:30am – 1:30pm
Main: Fried Flounder Sandwich, Skin-On Fries, Corn, Fresh Green Beans
Vegetarian: Smokey Bean Gumbo (vegan), Tofu & Vegetable Stir Fry (vegan)
Specialty: Chicken Caesar Salad Bar
Soup: Beef Vegetable, White Bean & Escarole
Dessert: Homebaked Hopes Cookies

Dinner – 4:00pm-8:00pm
Main: Chicken with Spinach, Tomato & Feta, Basmati Rice, Petit Peas, Brussels Sprouts
Vegetarian: Curry Onion Bulghar (vegan), Ratatouille with Soft Polenta
Specialty: Fish Taco Bar with Blackened Catfish, Fresh Salsa & Slaw
Dessert: Ice Cream Sundae Bar
