Snow to Rain
I just found a note that says
High of 40 degrees
“Dial-a-Party” with a phone number
Low of 38 degrees
I believe this calls for a celebration


Breakfast – 7:30am – 9:30am
Eggs Cooked to Order, Homefries, Pancakes, French Toast, Phoenix Sandwiches, Bagels, Assorted Cereals, Fresh Fruit

Lunch – 10:30am – 1:30pm
Main: Spicy Cajun Meatloaf, Scalloped Potatoes, Onion Rings, Fresh Cauliflower
Vegetarian: Vegetable Shepherd’s Pie (vegan), Polenta with Caramelized Onions & Goat Cheese
Specialty: Mandarin Chicken Salad Bar with Poppyseed Dressing
Soup: Chicken & Dumplings, Red Pepper
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Brownies

Dinner – 4:00pm-8:00pm
Main: Grilled Chicken Breast, Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Peas & Pearl Onions, Braised Fresh Greens
Vegetarian: Organic Seitan Jambalaya (vegan), Blackened Tofu with Corn Salsa (vegan)
Specialty: Tortilla Soup Bar with Homemade Tortilla Chips & Choice of Chicken or Vegetable Broth
Dessert: Key Lime Pie
