Eggs Cooked to Order, Homefries, Pancakes, French Toast, Phoenix Sandwiches, Bagels, Assorted Cereals, Fresh Fruit

Lunch – 10:30am – 1:30pm
Main: General Tsao’s Chicken, Jasmine Rice, Three Bean Blend, Fresh Zucchini
Vegetarian: Hoisin Tempeh (vegan), Vegetable Lo Mein
Specialty: Nacho Bar with All the Toppings
Soup: Thai Chicken Soup, Tomato Basil
Dessert: Fruit & Oat Bars

Dinner – 4:00pm-8:00pm
Main: Glazed Turkey Breast, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Saute
Vegetarian: Fresh Greens with White Beans (vegan), Three Cheese Baked Macaroni
Specialty: Burger Bar with Beef, Turkey & Veggie Burgers
Dessert: Holiday Cheer by the Fireplace!
