Lunch – 10:30am – 1:30pm
Main: Spicy Cajun Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Onion Rings, Fresh Cauliflower
Vegetarian: Vegetable Shepherds Pie (vegan), Joan’s Polenta Casserole
Specialty: Mandarin Chicken Salad with Poppyseed Dressing
Soup: Chicken & Dumplings, Red Pepper
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Brownies

Dinner – 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Main: Grilled Chicken Breast, Spinach Orzo, Peas & Pearl Onions, Braised Fresh Greens
Vegetarian: Organic Seitan Jambalaya (vegan), Blackened Tofu with Corn Salsa (vegan)
Specialty: Boule Bar with Chili con Carne & Fresh Bread Bowls
Dessert: Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake
