Breakfast – 7:30am – 9:30am
Eggs Cooked to Order, Homefries, Pancakes, French Toast, Phoenix Sandwiches, Bagels, Assorted Cereals, Fresh Fruit

Lunch – 10:30am – 1:30pm
Main: Fried Flounder Sandwich, Skin-On Fries, Corn, Fresh Brussels Sprouts
Vegetarian: Smokey Bean Gumbo (vegan), Tofu & Vegetable Stir Fry (vegan)
Specialty: Cobb Salad Bar with Avocado and Crumbled Bleu Cheese
Soup: Beef Vegetable, White Bean & Escarole
Dessert: Homebaked Hopes Cookies

Dinner – 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Sharples Hosts Meatless Monday Event:
Main: Chicken with Spinach & Feta, Basmati Rice, Vegetable Medley
Vegetarian & Specialty: Roasted Vegetable Crostini, Soft Polenta with Ratatouille, Organic Tofu with Basil Pesto, Black Eyed Peas with Roasted Butternut Squash, Fresh Green Beans with Almonds
Dessert: Ice Cream Sundae Bar
