Men’s Ultimate Frisbee

The Men’s Ultimate Frisbee team requested a total of $666 to pay the USA Ultimate registration fees for twelve additional players. There was a lengthy discussion regarding the number of tournaments that the team has attended and the way in which the team should prioritize the use of their tournament registration funds. Because the team does not need registration funds at the moment, no proposals were made; the team’s representative will return if additional funding is necessary.

The Daily Gazette

The Daily Gazette requested $360 to pay for a hotel room in New York City. The hotel room is for the five people who were unable to find people to stay with during the Associated Collegiate Press/College Media Association conference for which The Daily Gazette received funding three weeks ago. Full funding was proposed and passed unanimously with one recusal.

OASIS

OASIS, the spoken-word organization of Swarthmore College, requested $400 and a reallocation of $100 from their funds for all-campus events to their funds for their College Unions Poetry Slam Invitational (CUPSI) trip. The funds will be used to pay for living accommodations. Full funding was proposed and passed unanimously.
