Snow to Wintry Mix

Breakfast – 7:30am – 9:30am
Eggs Cooked to Order, Homefries, Pancakes, French Toast, Phoenix Sandwiches, Bagels, Assorted Cereals, Fresh Fruit

Lunch – 10:30am – 1:30pm
Main: Toasted Meatball Grinder, Mozzarella Sticks, Carrots, Sauteed Fresh Greens
Vegetarian: Meatless Balls with Marinara (vegan), Lentil Stew (vegan)
Specialty: Moo Shu Bar with Pork & Vegetable Moo Shu
Soup: Cream of Broccoli, Minnestrone
Dessert: Assorted Cupcakes

Dinner – 4:00pm-8:00pm
Main: Roast Chicken with Garlic & Herbs, Parslied New Potatoes, Vegetable Medley, Zucchini Saute
Vegetarian: Escovitch Tofu (vegan), Harvest Quinoa (vegan)
Specialty: Burger Bar with Beef, Turkey and Veggie Burgers
Dessert: Chocolate Cheesecake
