Eggs Cooked to Order, Homefries, Pancakes, French Toast, Phoenix Sandwiches, Bagels, Assorted Cereals, Fresh Fruit

Lunch – 10:30am – 1:30pm
Main: Pub Style Fish n’ Chips with Malt Vinegar, Broccoli, Sweet Corn
Vegetarian: Family Style Tofu with Snow Peas (vegan), Polenta with Caramelized Onion, Goat Cheese & Honey
Specialty: Greek Bar with Homemade Spanakopita, Dolma and Baklava
Soup: Lemon Chicken, Potato Leek
Dessert: Homebaked Hope’s Cookies

Dinner – 4:00pm-8:00pm
Main: Beef Ragout, Buttered Noodles, Peas & Pearl Onions, Fresh Brussels Sprouts
Vegetarian: Spanish Chickpea & Spinach Stew (vegan), Potato Cabbage Caraway Casserole
Specialty: Tortilla Soup with Homemade Tortilla Chips & Choice of Chicken or Vegetable Broth
Dessert: Ice Cream Sundae Bar
