On Saturday, October 25th, a Small Craft Warnings gathering was held at the Danawell hall connector patio, featuring an Open Mic, burgers, hot dogs, music, and the performances of poetry and fiction by students. The event was a part of Garnet Weekend, though it also ushered in the open submission period for the fall issue of the literary magazine. Small Craft Warnings is currently accepting submissions for students’ original poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, or translations; make sure to submit before November 2nd!
