The group asked to use the rest of the money reserved for the trip to buy supplies, such as sleeping bags and tents. In addition, the club would need the funds for a bonfire they are hosting on May 1, for marshmallows, hershey bars and a fire permit. The transfer was proposed and passed.

The Consulting Club

Swarthmore’s Consulting Club asked the committee for $33.20 for transportation to cover their transportation from 30th Street to Swarthmore on their way back from a consulting competition at Harvard. Full funding was proposed and passed unanimously.

The club would like to have a trained coach lead the workshop, and they have enough money to fund the coach, but need the funding to cover other aspects of the workshop. Full funding was proposed and passed unanimously.
