Location: Trotter Hall

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to Trotter Hall for the report of a disturbance. Investigation determined the individual causing the disturbance was a Swarthmore student. The Dean’s Office was contacted and arrived a short time later to assist. No further action at this time.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to the Mullan Fitness Center for an individual attempting to gain entrance into the Fitness Center without a valid ID. Upon arrival, it was determined that the individual was associated with the College but needs an updated ID.

transported to the hospital.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to the report of an individual who was not authorized to attend the party. The individual was identified as a Pendle Hill Student who was being aggressive towards a college employee. Swarthmore Police were notified and the individual was arrested.

Synopsis: The Associate Director for Public Safety received a report of a forcible fondling of a known female Swarthmore student by a known male Swarthmore student that occurred on 11/1/14

at Clothier Hall. The matter is under investigation.

Synopsis: Public Safety received an online Clery report of a forcible rape of a known Swarthmore resident student by an unidentified individual at an unnamed residence hall on campus in spring

2014. Matter is under investigation.

Fire Alarm

Date: Monday, November 3

Time: 6:56­8:14 a.m.

Location: 101 S. Chester Road

Synopsis: Public Safety received notification that an alarm was sounding at 101 S. Chester Rd. Public Safety, Facilities, Swarthmore Police and Peco responded to find no fire, but alarm system

activated. It was determined that the activation was caused by electrical issues.

Synopsis: Public Safety received a report of a physical assault at an off campus location. The incident involved two Swarthmore resident students. Matter is under investigation.
