WEATHER:
Sunny
I was reading a book on anti-gravity

It was pretty hard to put down.

Breakfast – 7:30am – 9:30am
Eggs Cooked to Order, Homefries, Pancakes, French Toast, Phoenix Sandwiches, Bagels, Assorted Cereals, Fresh Fruit

Lunch – 10:30am – 1:30pm
Main: Taco Chili Pie, Fiesta Rice, Sweet Corn, Fresh Cauliflower
Vegetarian: Mexican Tabbouli (vegan), Vegetable Chili Pie
Specialty: Sausage Sandwich Bar with Sweet & Hot Italian, Turkey and Tofurkey Sausages
Soup: Chicken Noodle, Potato Leek

Dinner – 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Main: Chicken Marsala, Buttered Noodles, Vegetable Blend, Fresh Vegetable Stir Fry
Vegetarian: Spicy Jerk White Beans (vegan), Corn Pudding
Specialty: Thai Bar with Pad Thai, Red Lentils and Chicken Satays
