Synopsis: A male resident student reported that he was harassed by a known male resident student while attending a party a Phi Psi. Matter under investigation.

Synopsis: A non-student female attempted to gain access to a resident’s room. Access was denied by Public Safety and the female was identified.

Synopsis: One female student and two male students were observed by Public Safety to be within the heat plant area. They were advised that they were not allowed in the area. Facilities was also notified.

Fire Hazard/Suspicious Odor

Time: 11:09-11:19 p.m.
Location: Worth Residence Hall
Synopsis: While Public Safety was conducting a routine patrol, a strong smell of marijuana was noted within section J of Worth Residence Hall. Officers also observed several recessed lights covered with aluminum foil that were creating a fire hazard. Two students were identified and the fire hazard was corrected.

Synopsis: A resident student female was evaluated, transported to the hospital, and cited by Swarthmore Police for under-age drinking.

Synopsis: A Party Associate reported that a female resident student was unresponsive to verbal command. Public Safety, a Swarthmore ambulance and a medic responded. The student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for alcohol intoxication.

Synopsis: A male student reported that he saw three male individuals in the courtyard throwing chairs. Upon Public Safety’s arrival, several tables and chairs were observed to be upside down.
