Synopsis: Public Safety responded to a fire alarm within Willets Residence Hall. There was no sign of smoke or fire. Maintenance was notified.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to David Kemp Residence Hall for the report of a gasoline smell. The area was checked and no odor was detected. Matter referred to Facilities.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to a fire alarm within Clothier Hall. There was no sign of smoke or fire. There was a smell of burned food.

Location: Sharples Dining Hall
Synopsis: A Public Safety Officer, on routine patrol, observed an individual attempting to gain entrance into the unattended Public Safety patrol vehicle. Investigation determined the Swarthmore student(s) had attempted to access the vehicle. When confronted, the students provided false information. Officers ultimately identified the individuals. Matter referred to the Dean’s office.
