Synopsis: Public Safety responded to a fire alarm in Mary Lyon Residence Hall. There was no smoke or fìre. The cause of the alarm could not be determined. Facilities notified.

Synopsis: Public Safety received information, via Maxient Report, pertaining to a resident student who shared with the reporting party that they were raped several weeks ago. Matter referred to appropriate offices for support and resources.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to the first floor lounge area in Wharton Residence Hall for a noise complaint. Upon arrival, the students were advised to keep the noise to a minimum. lt was also noted that one student was consuming an alcoholic beverage and was under the legal drinking age. The matter has been referred to the Dean’s Office.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to a fire alarm within David Kemp Residence Hall. Upon arrival, it was determined that a dorm room smoke detector had been activated due to a dirty sensor. Facilities was notified.

Location: Danawell Residence Hall

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to Danawell Residence Hall for an ill Swarthmore student. After evaluation, the student was transported to the hospital for further medical treatment.
