Welcome back!

While you guys were having awkward conversations about what you did over break, I was dreaming up new recipes for the show. This is my favorite one (I’ve been eating it for the past week) and it’s super healthy (cure for some recently gained weight? looking at you freshmen).

It’s a balsamic infused chicken (tofu as an alternative) and veggie stir fry. It’s tasty, healthy, and quick to make.
