Spring Photo Contest!

March 6, 2015

Editor’s note: This article was initially published in The Daily Gazette, Swarthmore’s online, daily newspaper founded in Fall 1996. As of Fall 2018, the DG has merged with The Phoenix. See the about page to read more about the DG.

The Daily Gazette is holding a slider photo contest! We were inspired by all your beautiful winter shots and would love to be able to use them as default photos for our articles. We know you are probably tired of seeing the same photos for the SBC reports and other miscellaneous articles, so submit submit submit! Top entries will be added to our slider photo library and you could see your own photography on the front page of The Daily Gazette!

We would also love for you to send in pictures of your spring break so that we can create a gallery of all the places Swatties go over the next week, whether you stay here, go home, or travel somewhere you’ve never been before.

Please send submissions, along with your full name and year so we can credit you properly and where and when you took the photo to our Multimedia Editors, Natasha (nchak1@swarthmore.edu) or Vishnu (vgupta1@swarthmore.edu) with “Slider Photo” or “Spring Break Photo” in the subject line.
