Ville to revitalize streetscape, build new co-op
In a short while, students will find a significantly different Ville at the other end of the SEPTA tunnel.
Members of the Borough Council and Swarthmore Town Center Inc. hosted a town hall meeting on Oct. 19 to unveil plans for a new streetscape design in the downtown area, as well as plans for construction of a new street between Dartmouth and Myers Avenues and of a new, expanded co-op.
