WHAT SHE’S DONE:Took 4th place at the Dickinson Long/Short Invitational to lead the Garnet women to a 3rd place team finish.

FAVORITE CAREER MOMENT:Placing 4th overall in the Dickinson meet on Saturday and winning a cool T-shirt.

SEASON GOALS: To train consistently, avoid injuries, and make it as a team to nationals!

BIGGEST ADJUSTMENT TO SWAT:Eating meals only at the designated times. Normally I like to snack all day, but here I’ve had to start eating 3 bigger meals a day.

FAVORITE SNACK AT ESSIE MAE’S:Welch’s Gummies
