SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Swarthmore women’s basketball team (4-6, 1-3 CC) fell to Franklin & Marshall (7-4, 3-2 CC) in a 66-57 Centennial Conference game in Tarble Pavilion on Wednesday night.
