FIELD HOCKEY: Hard Effort From Garnet, Tough Loss to Alvernia
Swarthmore, Pa. – The Garnet (5-7) fell in an evenly matched non-conference game to Alvernia (10-3) Monday night. Freshman goalie Katie Ashmore posted five saves for the Garnet.
